    The German competition electronics company Bosch Motorsport has confirmed that is developing a motorsport kinetic energy recovery system (KERS) that will be available on a commercial basis to customers.

  • Dennis to give Safety Fund Lecture
    Ron Dennis the team principal of the 2008 of the Woking, UK based FIA Formula One World Drivers' Championship-winning McLaren-Mercedes F1 team and Chairman and CEO of the McLaren Group, will deliver the 2009 Motorsport Safety Fund "Watkins Lecture" at the Autosport International Show next January.

  • KERS delay rejected
    A report on the website of the German magazine Auto Motor und Sport says that a vote was held at a meeting of Formula One team representatives during last weekend?s F1 Brazilian Grand Prix meeting on a proposal to delay the introduction of Kinetic Energy Recovery Systems (KERS) which are scheduled to be permitted for use in F1 from 2009 onwards.
